1.How much does it cost?

Depends on several things e.g. – choice of materials , room size , other extras like lighting, plastering, PVC ceilings or extractor fans. (labour, building materials & waste removal prices are set.

2. How long does it take?
Most standard bathrooms take 5-7 working days.

3. How long is my quote valid for?

All quotes are valid for 30 days. Once a deposit is paid the quote is then locked in. Changes made to quotes will result in and adjustment to total amount due.


4. How do I book my bathroom?
You can contact us to start your bathroom renovation using the ‘Contact Us’ button at the top of the screen. We will then organise to have a surveyor call out to your home to take measurements and pictures and to talk to through the design you would like. We would advise that you have an idea of what style you would like beforehand. If you are not sure on the design we can create a quote based on a preferred colour you would like. We will then email you a preliminary quote within 24-48 hours.
We can make changes to your quote or answer any questions you may have. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Once you are happy with your quote, the next step is agree on a booking a date for your job to commence. We will inform you of the next available date, if you wish to go ahead, we require a deposit of 25% to secure this date. Deposits can be paid through bank transfer.


5. Do your teams clean up after themselves when finished?
Yes, our teams clean up after themselves everyday with as little fuss to the clients as possible.


6. Are your teams qualified & do you have insurance?
Yes of course.


7. What is the warranty on the bathrooms?
1 year warranty on labour & manufacturer’s warranty on sanitary ware.


8. We only have one toilet so what can you do?
The team will fit the toilet back in every evening before leaving. It will be out of order during the day while the complete their works


9. If we buy materials elsewhere would you fit them?
Yes, no problem however all materials supplied by the customer must be onsite prior to start date. They must also be from a reputable company and specialise in bathroom sanitary ware and furniture.
We only use rapid set adhesive when tiling.
We are not liable for any products the customer supplies i.e., not fitting in the bathroom or being faulty. We do not install or put together anything from Ikea.


10. Can I change my mind on materials?
We try to have everything in our stores 2 weeks prior to the start date unless it is special order, we sometimes must order products 4 to 6 weeks before the job starts, so if you want to change anything beforehand it should be no problem. If you want to change anything within the timeline, we have laid out above there is a restocking charge or with special orders we sometimes cannot cancel the order so the cost will reflect in your invoice.


11. Does Bathroom Busters do grant works?
We have completed plenty of grant works for the county councils & other housing associations in the past. Sometimes they can be a long drawn-out process and we have to follow their guidelines on layout and materials used.


12. Is there anything I need to do before you start work on my bathroom?

No, the only thing we ask is that you remove anything you want to keep, all the rest is put in the skip.


13. We just got new carpet fitted recently?
Don’t worry our teams use carpet protector or dust sheets in any room they are working in.

14. Is a skip provided or do I need to provide my own skip?
We included skip for waste removal on all of our quotes. The skip is delivered on the day one of the renovation and collection will be arranged once all the work is complete.
